The continuous slot structure provides an ultra-high open area (up to 60%), which reduces fluid entry velocity, thereby effectively blocking sand and impurities under high pressure to achieve efficient filtration. The slot size can be precisely customized according to the actual formation conditions (such as sand grain size) in different regions, making it an ideal choice for water well drilling, oil & gas exploitation, water treatment and other cross-border applications. Note: A new tooling is required for each different slot opening. Therefore, continuous cylinders are more cost-effective for large quantities, while segmented cylinders are more suitable for small quantities.
