Product details of stainless steel water well casing pipe:
The water well casings are connected by STC male&female thread.
There are two kinds of stainless steel casings:
1. The female couplings are welded on pipe body.
2. We cut threads on both ends of pipes and then screw the cuplings on pin thread.

Inspection and Test details of stainless steel 316L water well casing pipes:
1. All Dimensions of Stainless Steel 316L Casing will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.
2. Wall thickness of casing is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection.
3. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collapse Strength Test before shipment.
4. If required, the water well casing will be made pickling and passivation treatment to avoid rust.
5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer.
6. The stainless steel casing will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
Stainless Steel 316L Water Well Casing Pipe's Package:
1. Each stainless steel water well casing pipe is packaged with thread protectors and then with bubble bag and then in wooden case(fumigation certificate).
2. With bubble and woven bags.
3. Fixed with wooden strips
