Rolled wedge wire screens also called Johnson screens,co ntinuous slot screens,continuous slot filter or water well screens.Rolled wedge wire screens are widely uesed in oil/water well drilling during the past 100 years.The main difference is the slot sizes and  your well depth.

Rolled wedge wire screens are manufactured by using our unique computerized machinery, developed in-house, and in which a continuous length of profile wire of a triangular section is fusion welded onto support rods.

This 'V' shaped profile wire is wound around the support rods over the full length of the screen thus creating a continuous slot opening.

Advantages:

1. A continuous slot opening which significantly increases the available open area, thus providing greater access to the water bearing zone (the aquifer).
2. A "V" shaped profile wire which avoids clogging and ensures an uninterrupted flow.
3. A uniform and efficient well development due to the continuous slot opening.
4. The damaged wedge wire screens can be changed to new ones when they are been down to the well.
