High Capacity Johnson Passive Water Intake Screens Used for Water Withdrawal from Lakes and Rivers
Johnson Passive Water Intake Screens also knows as Johnson screens/wedge wire screens/continuous slot screens, etc. The design is based on the wedge wire profile, longitudinal support rods and air-backwash system. Passive Water Intakes for drinking water plants, desalination plants, power plant cooling systems, irrigation water, potable water and many other applications.
And for diameter more than 600mm, reforcing rings are suggested to make the screens strong.
Each passive water intake screens are supplied with lifting lugs for installation and possible re-installation.
Removable ends can be deployed (with hinges, bolts or similar) for yearly mechanical cleaning.
