The description of API 10D Stainless Steel Hinged Bow Spring Well Casing Centralizer:

The product is made by one-time injection molding. It is twisted to the sucker rod through the oblique grooving. It is also allowed to mold 2 stop rings directly on the sucker rod, thus to strengthen treatment of local eccentric wear. It is simple to use and has large open area, so that products are widely accepted by domestic and foreign customers.

The single piece centralizers reduce the effect of channel by improving the cement flow, the results in more uniform cement thickness in well bore. By reducing the pipe movement before cement sets in. The single piece centralizers are able to minimize gas channel.
