Product details of welded and seamless stainless steel pipes:
The stainless steel pipe is connected by STC/BTC/LTC male&female threads and coupling.
There are two kinds of stainless steel pipes:
1. The female couplings are welded on pipe body.
2. We cut threads on both ends of pipes and then screw the cuplings on pin thread.
OASIS ISO9001:2008 Certificate:
We OASIS factory has approved ISO 9001:2008 quality management system since the year 2012.
We OASIS are also the audited supplier of made-in-china and approved by SGS.
Our machines have patent certificates to supply customer designed products or OEM service.
Inspection and Test of welded and seamless stainless steel pipes
1. All Dimensions checked by our quality inspectors, and Third Inspection Party or representative appointed by buyer.
2. Wall thicknesses of each stainless steel pipe and tube is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method
3. Ultrasonic flaw detection is arranged.
4. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collaspe Strength Test before shipment.
5. The pipe will be making pickling and passivation if required.
6. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer .
7. The stainless steel pipe and tube will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
Welded and seamless stainless steel pipes package:
1. Each piece of stainless steel pipe is packaged with thread protectors and then with bubble bag and then in wooden case(fumigation certificate).
2. With bubble and woven bags.
3. Fixed with wooden strips
