Stainless Steel 304 Seamless Casing Pipes are about (6 & 3) meters lengths of Stainless Steel material to ASTM
A312/530 properly annealed and passivized of DN 10" with 7.11 mm (0.27992 inch) wall thickness.
Both ends of the casing pipes shall be threaded to API 5B buttress threads. One side provided with a seamless coupling to ASTM A 451 mounted hand tight with 3/8" taper in one foot (1/32" in one inch) to reduce the make up torque.
Type 316L seamless stainless steel casing pipe is the most common austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel and is a variation of the classic 18-8 stainless. Its properties provide corrosion resistance to a wide range of atmospheric, chemical, textile, petroleum, and food industry exposures.

Pickling and passivated thread stainless steel 304 seamless casing pipes

If you are satisfied with our stainless steel 304 seamless casing pipes and willing to know precise price and more information, the following questions is appreciated:
1, What's the material you are going to deal with, stainless steel 304,304l,316 or 316L?
2, What's the OD, length? Diameter from 4-914mm,length from 0.1-12m
3, What's the depth of the well or tensile strength of the casing pipes that you need?
The tensile strength is important for the screens and each screen will be tested before delivery.
4,The connection type that you need? thread or flange?
Inspection and Test details:
1.All Dimensions of Stainless Steel Casing Pipe will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.
2.Wall thickness of casing is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection
3.Do Destructive Collapse Test and collapse Strength Test before shipment.
4.If required, the casing will be made pickling and passivation treatment.
5.The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer.
6.The casing will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
Payment terms:
Usually our customers take following ways to pay the money for the goods:
1. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable after inspection and before delivery.
2. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable By T/T against copy of Bill of Lading.
3. 30% down payment By T/T before production and balance payable By L/C at sight.
Note: we can negotiate with our customers' about other ways to pay the balance
